Ingapirca to Riobamba and back again

01vld
Heading south out of Riobamba

02vld
Clouds, hills, twisty roads. Typical stuff

03vld
Riding below, through, and then above the clouds

vld
I got your mountain mama right here buddy
05vld
Just a few miles late I would realize that I would get to revisit all this beautiful scenery when I headed back to Riobamba to pick up my forgotten documents

 vld
After riding back over a hundred miles from Ingapirca I finally got to see the giant 18k+ foot tall Volcano outside of Riobamba which is usually covered by clouds.

07vld
Of course there weren't any clouds around the volcano because they decided to dump plenty of rain snow and ice all over my road. Hey I didn't travel all way down to the equator to be snowed on! I want to speak to the management, I demand a refund!!

09vld
The sun setting outside of Riobamaba as I get set to tackle a 125 miles of twisty Andean roads in the dark
10vld
Od did I mention the cloud banks that would limit visibility to 5' on those twisty roads?
